Question

Does this sound like parasites?

I bought a few more CPDs for my school awhile ago...one never made it out of quarantine, she seemed to just waste away while acting totally normal. Quarantine finished and the other three joined the tank. I am now seeing the same issues in another fish. Very suddenly he seems a few shades lighter than the rest. He still schools and acts normal, and today he wouldn't eat. I'm starting to notice that he looks shrunken and his belly is starting to come up so much that he is almost in an upside-down "c" shape. I don't see anything hanging out, scales/eyes/mouth/fins all look fine. Water checks out, in fact, I just did a water change yesterday. I can only assume parasites at this point. Any insight...and if it is, what the hell do I do now (shrimp are in the tank and there is no way I am going to be able to pull out 10 CPD from a planted tank.)
