Hm.. .next time you take a FTS make sure you either take it at night, or make sure all ambient lighting is off so there's no reflection.

The OEBT's colored up nicely. Is that a chopstick it's on?

Yeah.. I did that for my 20G FTS but forgot to do it for this one. Haha

And it's a wooden skewer

This little dude was grazing the moss, and I wanted to take a pic so I put the skewer in and he/she jumped right onto it. Haha

Yea they always like to jump onto my chopsticks as well haha. It's a really simple/easy way to remove diseased shrimp as well! Works like 90% of the time :P.

Everything is looking great. I just hope my tank turns out as well. My shrimp should be here Wednesday!!!!

Update again 3/12: Changed the substrate out to turface Pro League. Waiting for my sponge filters to come in! Still a bit cloudy:P

I'm gonna let the new sub "saturate" for a day or two before re-introducing the OEBT/BTOE. They're in a breeder basket in my 20G:P

COOL A$$ COOL SHRIMP!!!

I want to take the Shrimp plunge SOOOO BAD, but I have to wait till I get my 40B stand built and the tank running before I start another! At least that is what the wife says!!!
