My name is Bill Otto and have been building Japanese Koi Ponds for over 30 years. Was involved in the initial push to spread Koi throughout the US in the early days when KOI ponds were foreign to most. I have built about 800+ ponds around the country and will start jumping in with advice soon. Happy KOI keeping.
