30G Flat Back Hex Front - Fresh Start... Ideas?

Hey everyone-

So this will be my first journal. A great push from a good friend Jcox get's me started on this. Got a gift of a 30G Flat Mirrored back Hex from him right before Thanksgiving and this is one we'll have some fun with. Pics are attached here and I just got done filling it with water to see how seals, lights, parts all work.

So here's what I've got:
1 x Mint condition stand
1 x Great looking hex front tank
2 x 70G Aquaclear Filters
1 x 30W T8 Strip. .. yuck.
1 x 5# Co2
1 x Regulator with a Fabco Valve
1 x Heater
1 x Thermo
Plenty of supplies

I have on Order:
6 x Bags of Eco (extra bags for my other tank. $14.99 sale at Petco!!)
1 x Burkert Solenoid for the reg.
1 x Permaseal.. because I love them
1 x $30 Groupon to Ace hardware for parts for the regulator. Sweeeet!

What I need:
1 x New Light. What I have won't suffice.
1 x Possibly a new filter, not sure yet. The filter now splashes water just slightly up on the light. It has great flow...almost too good. If it hit the water at a better angle, that would help but we'll see how this goes.


Lastly, what I need are your ideas! So what I toyed with in my head was a iwagumi style? Maybe with B. Tears, Stauro, or something else carpeting the bottom? I have Baby Tears in a Fluval Edge... not in love with it but I'm open to suggestions here.
The aquarium will be at my office and eventually visible to clients. I work in a design showroom so 'design' is essential and making it look good is key.

Also.. Fish?!? Appreciate your ideas!
