Can i grow hygrophila stricta in gravel?


In my 10g i have one side gravel and the other side ADA soil. my question is can I plant the hygrophila stricta in the gravel? or i need to move some of the ADA soil there before planting?

I would put a root tab around them for some nutrients if you plant it in the gravel.

P.S. where did you find that plant, I can't find it anywhere.

Once it hit cali how long would it take to reach you? Typically after 3-4 days in the mail alot of plants start to go down hill especially with super high or low temps.

i decided not to order from them after seeing that they were in Malaysia...Shipping to California and then back to Japan would take too long.
