What kind of algae is this?

I think it is algae but it is very plant like. It doesnt grow very fast and is very easy to remove so i just left it. I only have fissidens in this tank. I have some hair algae in the picture too :P

Not algae, it's riccia fluitans. Probably hitch hiked in with another plant.

Looks like it to me too. If you like it, keep it & let it flourish. If not, yank it all out.
