Rhizoclonium algae

I believe I have this in Brown color , Will having PO4 and Fe High cause this to grow ? PO4 is 5.0 an added 1/4tsp of Fe with my CSMB+ last week before this bloom .

Will did a 75% water change an use a tooth brush to clean the Algae. Not planning on adding fe an PO4 right away an see what happens?

Retest after water change
kno3 = 0ppm added 1/2tsp
po4 = .5 did not add any
