Its good to see that Electronic/Techno is more mainstream now a days. When I was growing up, it was still pretty far underground and most people didnt get it. Being labled as "weird" or a "drugie" was pretty normal for anyone that listened to it in High School. Now I hear from my 16 year old brother that everyone in his school listen to it. It was also really hard to find music to buy back then unless you kept up with the underground rave/party scene that was going on. Now, you can find just about everything on iTunes or Amazon MP3. Crazy how times change.

I thought deadmau5 was a trance/house artist? I have a few tracks of him from like 08/09. Well, it came with the CD I got.

And despite what everyone says. dubstep is just a variation with "rules" of the house and trance music that originated in london and Prague in the late 80's.

THe fact here is that it is becoming ridiculously easy to do this stuff. A midi board and a computer and you're dropping tracks in a few hours.

Dubstep was one of those genres that never sat well with me.
Makes my brain explode too... but not in a good way... more in a I will drive a light pole through your car sort of way. lol..
