Zoo med Flora Sun question?

Hey guys/gals, im new here and recently started my first planted tank for my Blackbanded and Bluespotted sunfish. It has a Zoo Med Ultrasun and Zoomed Florasun 48" T5 light fixture. My question is that I noticed the Flora Sun bulb is much dimmer and has a pink hue to it. Is this normal or a bulb malfunction? The Ultra sun is an extremely bright white light. If any could give me some insight, I would appreciate it. Thanks

It's normal on the florasun, it's made for plants so it's heavy in the red and blue(we can't see very well) spectrums but lite in the green(what we see the most of) so that's why it looks dim.
