What this is one sick set up. You must be lovin it. Looking forward to seeing how your tank inside turns out as well. Thanks for sharing and allowing us to dream (***. . . ah . . . one day . . . ).

So we have drained the pond and acid washed the plaster after letting it cure for a couple of weeks.
Nothing seems to be leaking and pond water level held up nicely. Air diffuser are in place and working nicely as well.

Refilled with meter on the hose and it came out to a little over 5,100 gallons

Making some final tweaks to the pumps and installing the vortex inner screen basket system and it's time for fish.

Let me get some landscaping and the low voltage light system in over the next few weeks (if it will ever quit raining) and I will post up a bunch of pics of the final product.

Wow. So you have a 5100 gallon pond outside your house and your 300 gallon bookcase setup inside. Very nice work all around! If I can do even a fraction of the home improvement like you I'll be happy!

It used to be thought that we can grow them for 100 years but 15-20 years is more like it.
