$150k for everything. Pool, pond, equipment, gas line runs, outdoor kitchen, new electrical sub-panel for the whole house to handle the load, fencing, mosquito misting system, ect. ect. Pumps, bio filter and UV light are all mostly plumbed up now. Lots of interconnections between pumps and flow paths with balls valves to divert and control flows in any number of combinations.

4' tube on the left is the 40W T6 UV light - was going to put a bigger one in, but pond contractor said it was not needed.

hey, ummm, you looking to adopt a 35 year old son anytime soon?? Im handy and can take care of most things around the house. As an added bonus you would be getting my 8 year old son and 32 year old wife----and 15 aquariums. Let me know ASAP, I will put my houses on the market and get the Uhaul loaded.

This is a very well thought out and done in a very professional way. $150K may seem like a lot but the added value to the property will be way more than that, so you have to think of it as an investment. At least that would be the excuse I would tell my wife. Can't wait to see it all filled up and in use.

That would look good with some low growing cultivars of Nandina planted in front of the window and they would never get tall enough to block any of the glass and after you get past the glass you could do some Nanadina Domestica in a curved screen with some Alopecurus grasses in front to give a little of an oriental theme. The Nandina is in the Bamboo family without any of it's nasty habits and is very care free with red berries in the fall and small white flowers in the spring, all of these would handle the hot dry weather of Texas.

edit: some Elijah Blue Fescue right up in front of them all, these guys are only 8 inches tall
