They are actual, based on package weight and zip code. To VA/DC area is usually $7 priority or about $18 express (next day by noon to your general area).

They are coming to me tomorrow. They DID come in, a friend has picked them up for me as I was traveling and I am to receive them tomorrow, as well as the chilis.
