It seems like that's the only lfs within 30 minutes of northeastern Fairfield County...
Do they have a good freshwater plant section? Would you reccomend this store?
I know the owner, guy by the name of Tom Fomenko. Nice guy, fairly good selection of fish, sometimes buys livestock & plants from me. I definitely recommend visiting every once in awhile to see what's in stock.
That said, if you're looking for plants and such in the Fairfield area, your best source for anything beyond the basics is to come to a CAPE (CT Aquatic Plant Enthusiasts) meeting. Or even stop by my fishroom, I keep a lot of interesting specimens.
Where and when does CAPE meet? I got some stuff to sell or trade since my big tank is being sold and Im setting up 4 others in its place 8)
