Cherry Shrimp in Sac, CA area??

Anyone know where I might find cherry shrimp in the Sacramento, CA area? I have not been able to find them -- heck, I'd even settle for amano shrimp, but haven't found those either. the only shrimp I've found are the "glass shrimp" or something like that. Anyone?

You might want to talk to your LFS and have them order the Shrimpses for you. That's what I did!

Thank you. I'll try that. I know they have a lot of local suppliers (Capitol Aquarium in Sac). Last time I was there, I picked up their *last* SAE and they said they'd be ordering it for the next Monday, so I suppose its worth a try...

I have been considering a species tank for these guys. I like the option of buying from another members here. LFS seem to not have a large enough market for these critters. So if you have to order why not through one of the members.

Sounds like a good deal... I bought 4 shrimps for $5 each, but the risk of shipping was not mine.
If you are ever in my area, you can pick up some. $2.50 for the first 10 that I sell, then $2 each (juvies). I am not shipping them.
