That's good info, I've never been to either store. Both of you should consider joining GWAPA we have a lot of hard to find plants at great prices at our monthly auction, I hate to be a pest but it's a lot of fun so check out the website and introduce yourself it's free and annual membership is only $20.

It could have been as she is very knowledgeable and I'm sure she keeps some shrimp somewhere but mainly she's our Dutch tank specialist.

I haven't seen any cherries the last couple times I was there. I will update the next time I go.

I got a few absolute beauties from Congressional Aquarium in Rockville a few months ago. They are very red and really should have been priced more than the $3 or so that they cost.

I've looked at the stock when they had Cherry's in and there were more dead shrimp in the tank than alive, so I would buy online from someone you know can deliver live shrimp because what I've seen a HOT would survive the ride home. I will say that they have not been keeping shrimp long so there is a bit of a learning curve for the employees and it's been 3 or 4 months since I've been there so things could be better than I mentioned above.

If you want shrimp just send me a pm and I'll connect you with someone that will deliver live, healthy shrimp that you will have to kill on your own.
