Mobile app to help with aquatic plant identification?

I know it's a link to an article than a website. I just didn't want anyone thinking I was peddling an app for profit, so I'm posting it in thios section. I have no affiliation with this person. I just thought the potential to add emmersed leaves to this database could help people identify aquatic plants as well. That could definitely help on plant collecting trips.
