Rummy Nose Tetra - fat or egg laden?

Are my tetra full of eggs, or just fat? I usually go by the "as much as they can eat in 2 minutes" rule, but some of the females manage to eat a ton in two minutes, and sometimes I have to add more just to give the little guys a chance.

I typically feed these guys a pinch of crushed tetra fin in the morning and half a block of frozen blood worms in the afternoon.

I highly doubt my tetra are breeding. As I understand it, breeding tetra is very difficult, and requires precise lighting control. My lights are on a 8:30AM-12:00PM, 6:30PM-10PM cycle, with no fading.

Had a hard time getting these pictures with my phone. While my tetra love to school at the front of the tank, they don't like to hang near where something is close to the glass. Sorry for the iffy quality.

Important note: My scape is usually much better than this! My tank is still recovering from an inadvertent week-long blackout. Basically had to start from scratch.

Had some like that. Thought they were pregnant, but turns out just fat.

My neons are bigger than my pregnant female guppies after I feed them. Their stomachs expand massively. It's likely just temporary obesity unless they're never like that after you feed them.
