Low light plants

Hello guys its been awhile since I've had time to do anything more than basic maintenance on my 75g so it's safe to say I need to pretty much get new plants to replace the "High maintenance plants" that died.
My question for you guys today however is: What is a nice stem plant that can grow under my 24"+ red melon swords leaves? Right now all the tank has in that half of the tank is a bare area of sand and the green stalks going up to the leaves so it would be nice to fill that with something.

Thanks.
EDIT: I said stem plants, but it doesn't matter what what kind of plant you recommend I will take all of them into consideration.
