Nice color scheme. I like the natural sand look and the rock makes a good contrast against the wood. It's going to look great with plants.

That's a superb looking start. The possibilities for beautiful plant scaping in that tank are endless !
A Takashi Amano inspired aquascape would no doubt look awesome.
Google his scapes, and I'm sure you'll get some great ideas.
And don't think about removing anything !

I bought it from some APC member.

This is it after my daughter and I played around with it. We added some more wood and rocks to it. So....what do guys think now?

I like the contrast between the wood and rock. You may need some more substrate for the plants, it looks a little thin.

Yeah, your amended set-up looks even better than the first.
Have to remind myself to follow this thread - It's going to an awesome scape ! Especially if you consider stocking it with some wild discus !!
