That sounds great! So they prefer harder water? That's funny since a lot of people keep domesticated strains of cbs/crs is pretty soft water. My tigers couldn't care less about what their water is like lol.

No, they prefer soft water and cool temperatures. I have to adjust my water for it to be more neutral and I use substrate to do so.

Thanks!

I would have definitely bought the espei rasboras if I'd have know you were getting them.

I bought some locally a few months back and low and behold they are hengeli, close enough, but I still want some espeis.

Why do you torment me? Perhaps I should go outside.

I'll tell you Takashi Amano wasn't kidding when he said the Amano Shrimp is the best algae eater. I just got them around six days ago from msjinksd and they completely cleaned off some dark grey lava rocks in my nano that had turned brownish and my peacock moss is looking better than ever. I highly recommend these if you have algae on branches, rocks or you have moss in your tanks.

Default Safe and sound

The ABNs and Corydoras habrosus are getting along fine. They are finer than the hair on a frog! The only problem I have, Rachel, is that you didn't talk me into getting more than 9 of them. LOL! The next time I place an order with you and I'm sure there will be a next time, I'll be picking up more of these cute little buggers.
