nano lighting

I know this has been asked many times. I am starting a 2.5 nano with a desk lamp and cfl. I would like to know what watt bulb to use I am looking to carpet HC with some RCS.

A 13W bulb should be sufficient; you can even use two 13W bulbs, provided you raise them sufficiently high enough from the substrate.
