Help...fish with Parasites...?????

I have a few problems....and want some advice.

I'm not sure if my fish have parasites.... what makes me worry is that two of my Rasboras have very...very... large belly's. I haven't visibly seen any worms.

I have noticed some of the large belly fished pairing/courting with each other. So at first I thought maybe they had eggs. But their stomach has been large for months now. They eat great and are active.

Should I treat them for parasites? I've tried to take pics...but it's hard to tell from the picture. It I should treat them what should I use? I see people recommending Gel tek xp but it's discontinued.

Another problem..... one of my Rasboras who is very pale has a raised bump on the top of his tail right before his fin starts...It is kinda off white. Not as white as ich and bigger raised up bump. Anyone know what this could be? I can try to get some pics of it.
