ADA Prices, New Lower Shipping, Next Container Order

Back in December we informed the hobby that ADA prices would be increasing on January 1st, however - a breakdown in negotiations over the price has caused an unreasonably long delay in this process - which has ultimately benefited ADA customers in the United States as they've gotten access to the old prices for longer.

The Real Big News

The biggest feedback we've always gotten is that the price of shipping aquasoil is too expensive - we've been asked how we can make a difference in the cost to make it more bearable for the customer.

We've now answered that call and for the first time, have offered an indefinite lower shipping rate on all aquasoil. The aquasoil prices right now should be roughly 50% cheaper than they were yesterday and we would highly encourage you to check this out for yourself by putting a bag of aquasoil in your shopping cart and testing the shipping rates.

We're very excited to offer the cheapest shipping possible in ADA history on Aqua Soil. This is another ADGshop.com / Aquarium Design Group exclusive!

In addition to that, you may notice we have the new, "Amazonia Improved" type aquasoil available, which has replaced Amazonia II and solved many of it's issues with premature crumbling. You will also notice we are out of stock of Amazonia I 9L bags.

Because of this, we've also decided to, for the first time, offer a discount on all pre-order bags of Aquasoil that are currently out of stock.

When is the new container arriving? 4-5 weeks! We will have an official ETA posted as soon as we receive it from ADA itself.

the shipping discount applies through USPS as well - we have it as an option when you select "More carriers" and select the "USPS" options.

Any word on the container arrival?

Noticed an update from ADG Facebook page from about an hour ago.

We received in a new Air Freight Order from ADA Japan right before the container order arrival. Some of the smaller items that are currently listed as out of stock will be updated as in stock, such as Drop Checker and Cabochon Ruby, as well as Nano lily pipes.

The Big container arrived in the USA today, we should have possession in about a week, once it clears customs. All pre-orders will ship within 24-48 hours of that time! Please be patient with us for any delays, as there are over 300 independent orders to process in a 24 hour time frame!
