Chuck's AGA 10G high Tech "Gotta Finish school" Jurnal.

One month from now will be my Final exam, and my national exam will be on 8th, March. I really need to pass this exam so I can get my certificate and get my career started. So, I decided to play a big hand, then be more focus on study. So, I rescaped my tank.

Equipments:
AGA 10G standard tank 20x10x12
DIY 24W PL light. ( Kits were from AH supply)
Zoo Mad 501 filter
Marinland Stealth Pro Heater 50W
pressurized Co2

Plants:
C. Lutea
C. Undulata
C. Parva
C. Wendtii "Red" ( green yet)
Needle leaf Java Fern (from Speedi408. Thanks again)
Java fern "WINDELOV"
Mini Pilla
anubias petite
HC
Blyxa japonica
And unknown stems from my local club meeting.

Fish:
Boraras merah
Boraras uropthalmoides
Otocinclus vestitus
male betta

Shrimps:
Only 3 amanos was found in the muddy water after I pulled out all my plants. I will need to get some CRS later.

Hardscapes:
Local picked rocks. Oak root which I bought from SnS.

Enough words, Pix time!

5G full tank of plants that I pulled out from my old 10G. They are no good for my new scape, I will sell them on SnS later.

Closer look

Hardsacpe in tank, just to see the idea. Who know what is the coin on the glass for?

Then... I clean everything out, and...

Ok, This thread is starting to boring people, now....

Anyway, the whole recape actually toke me 1 day and 1 night to complete. BECAUSE I FOUND OUT THAT MY OAK ROOT DOES NOT SINK ! uhh... So I boiled the root couple of times, then went to bed.

After 6 hr sleep, I woke up at 10:30 in the morning, and finish my mess.

Took me forever to tight the moss and Fern on the wood. No good, do over...

Can not take any picture during planting. My hands were all wet. But finally. DONE!
This picture is taken after today's first 50% water change.

Still need some time to have the water clean out before add my fish back. But since I am using inline co2 atomizer, I probabily would never see it happens.

If you still awake, thanks for watching!

Okay... A small update. I just sold my plants today. after I pack all the plants up, I found out that all 3 of Amano shrimps was gone... I hope the person will not freak out with dead Amanos in the package.
My fish are not doing so well due to strong water flow in my 5G. I will try to start to put some of them back next week.
