Ah, Christmas and planted tank gifts

Okay, who all out there got or gave planted tank gifts for Christmas? I got an uber set of 12" long plant trimming tools, a C02 dispersal unit, and some miscellaneous water conditioning items, like Phosphate absorber and RO right. I also got Nature Aquarium World volume 3, which is the only one I was missing.
Considering there is no way I am adding another tank to my collection of 7, this was a pretty good haul.
Anyone else out there who obsessively is messing around in their tanks everyday and got presents to reflect it? Someone had to have gotten a shiny new tank from Santy Clause.

You're going to love those 12" aquascaping tools, especially if you got a pair of curved and straight tweezers. I bought one of the big sets from AZGardens and love it.

As for gifts, I received a Coralife 9W TurboTwist to use on my upcoming 85gal planted tank. Technically that's like getting a new tank because now all the plumbing components are in place! I can't wait until I have two dozen rummynose tetras schooling up and down the tank...it's going to be beautiful. In hindsight, I should have asked for a two-way CO2 manifold as well. There's always the January birthday.

My brother and his family are coming over in a couple hours for "present opening - part 2," so I have to clean and water change my tanks before they get here. I might do some light trimming and topping/replanting if time permits.

I asked my GF to get me Flourish and Flourish iron, but she didn't want to have anything to do with my tank

I just placed an order yesterday for:
-1 36" GE AquaRays bulb (9325K)
-Kent Algae Scraper 3"
-Coralife Acrylic polish/cleaner
-stainless pruning scissors
-Some Seachem Prime

That's the only way I could ever expect to get something aquarium-related for Christmas.

I got two colbalt blue discus and two pidgeon blood discus. One of the Colbalt Blues was aggressive so I took it back for store credit. Picked up a couple of dwarf puffers, dwarf corries, a freshwater bumble bee goby and some plants.

Well, I got an Oceanic 50G and some gift certificates. Went to Big Al's boxing day sale and spent $400+ on equipment and substrate to set it up. Now all I need is a stand and I'm in business.

I got a 20H and a stand a week before xmas that is going to house my attempt at a reef system that's been an old 10g for a few months. right now it's live sand, live rock, gobies and damsels... corals will be added in the next few months... i also had a new batch of baby cherries appear on xmas morning the big female is carrying monster eggs right now, so one of the juvies must be fooling around already... by the way, I'll probably have some cherries to spare in the next month or two if anyone is interested (the only two people from arkansas on this board are both passing out cherries)

Lets see, xmas eve dinner I recruited some family members to help me move the 75 gallon. With four of us we were able to only take out about half the water and move it tank and stand to a place that it will not be sitting on hardwood (had a wee leak earlier in the week which prompted the move). Got two Jebo 825 filters, one for the planted 75, one for the oscars...plus the messy oscars got another AC 500, so those with the AC500 they already had they should be set! Also fishies got some new and exciting food. Most family members have no idea what to get for fish stuff, so I got money to put towards my insanity.

A friend got a 20gal from her bf, so I get to help her set it up this week, help pick out fish and get her set up with some of my plant clippings

Oh, and on a side note, I finally broke down and put in some fungus killer stuff to kill off the BGA. I was hoping that reducing the light would work because I hate putting meds in my tanks, but it was getting really gross. Anyways, two days later we were completely BGA free! WOOHOO! That was the best xmas gift ever....well doesn't quite top the tunnel that me and the dogs got, but close. (that would be an agility tunnel).
