Moss/Mountain tank

This tank has been set up last month and did some work recently after seeking some advice on moss growth here. I'm trying to do a carpet with the Java moss while having xmas moss and Java ferns on the rocks!
I've been also advice to remove the utricularia gibba because it is pest! The utricularia tree looks cool but it will be more careful for me to follow the advice of the guys here!
Plants : Java moss, Xmas moss, Utricularia gibba, sword Java fern and java fern windelov plantlets!
Tank Dimension : 24*8*8 inches
Lighting : 18W daylight fluorescent
Filter : small internal filter - i don't know the exact spec.

I like it.

The tree on the left I think is unnecessary. It really kills the scale of the hill and makes the tank smaller. Plus it flattens the perspective of the tank as it is so tall compared to the pile of rocks. I think if you removed it and let everything grow in, it would really look nice.

Also, I think the moss triangle on the left near the front of the glass would look better behind the rock it is currently in front of.

I will remove the tree this WE! Because of the Utricularia gibba.

I'm waiting for the moss to grow and then I'll attach them on almost all the rocks!
