Milwaukee sms122 ...died

i have the sms122 on my system and i come home today to find the screen blank !!!

it looks like it has DIED !! the decimal point and the little PH still show when the unit is on but its not showing any numbers. the thing is maybe 2 months old .... this the norm ?

i also unpluged and pluged in the controler and still showed the same thing ... time to RMA it unless some one might know whats wrong. the only thing i can test it with is a fluke multi meter ( not sure the model but its nice)

Sounds like a problem.

Contact the guys over at Milwaukee. Use the contact information supplied on your warranty card. They are pretty darn good at addressing problems!

all is well and i have a new one in hand and it seems to be working fine, but close to 2 weeks with no co2 and high light was not good. but they shiped me a new complete unit , there customer service was great !

i pulled out about 3 lbs of string / hair algae and got 2 flag fish ( they started eating algae not even 2 seconds out of the bag !!! and have not stoped) and added 10 amano shrimp, the shrimp are eating the algae the same(hopefully they will reproduce + they were way cheap at 1.49 each)

no need to worry about the shipping it was out of your hands + the cost was not too bad to ship it fedex ground.

AFAIK Amano shrimp will not reproduce in a normal aquarium.
