It's time once again to play... "Name That Snail!!!"
My last two inquiries turned out to be plain ole boring pond snails... and these little guys look nothing like the last two (the last two did look somewhat similar to each other.)
These photos are of just one, but i have three I've found so far(my water change seems to have stirred them up), each one has a different colored shell. one is white, one is white with spots, and the one in the pic is a brown with white skin, except for the skin around his face is purple... The only snails in the tank besides the pond snails (that my ghost shrimp ate by the way) are nerites... ![]() ![]() ![]() I still have a headache from squinting trying to see these little guys and get pics of them.. You'd think you wouldn't have to worry about a snail moving too much to take photos of it.... |

weird, I haven't had any of those in that tank for quite some time. Never seen one with a purple face before. Must have hitched a ride on the moss ball i put in there last month.
