What inverts do you have???
My kids actually love watching the little ghost shrimp it their tank. I would like to get something cooler for them to watch. They have a divided 5 gal wit a male and female Betta, and a couple o ghost shrimp. I would also like to get something for my community tank. Any suggestions??? |

I have caridina babaulti green, caridina babaulti "black", caridina babaulti cf. stripes (dwarf zebras), bumble bee (wild), neocaridina zhiajensis blue (blue pearl), neocaridina zhjianjensis white (snowball), Indian white banded, amano shrimp, malawa shrimp. I also carry thai micro crabs, zebra nerite snails, red spot snails, horned nerite snails (solid and striped morphs), pomacea diffusa ("mystery" snails), assassin snails, bamboo shrimp, tylo snails (white spot and yellow fleck), green lace shrimp (atyoida pillipes), cambarellus shufeldtii, and I am probably forgetting a few!
Suggestiosn really depend on source water and your stocking. Ghost shrimp are often predatory as they are scavengers and are not always a good pairing for other dwarf species. |

Hello all. Dillsburg, PA here. Working on putting my first aquarium together...a 29g. Still have alot to learn and still need some more major components...driftwood, substrate, plants, fish. Still debating on whether I will need CO2 or not. I also try to take a monthly trip to TFP considering it's 1 hour away, but I just received their March coupons so I may make 2 trips this month. Looking forward to seeing posts from other locals!

i like your hardscape. the bowl is my favorite as of now. just did it sunday night though. im not thrilled with the 10g. i do however like the wood in the 10g. nobody lives in the bowl. ive been trying to see if anything could even live in there. the bowl's opening is the size of my palm. so its not that big. do you think anything could live hapily in there??

I don't have many individual tank shots, nor have I really spent time doing a planted tank in awhile, though every single tank (but the oscar tank) has plants in it.
