Aquatic plant state restrictions

Is there any site(s) that lists restrictions per states??

like it lists each state and in each state it lists the plants that are restricted?

Hard to get every state, since they don't use classifications like "aquatic plant," only every plant. These are, in general, ones that tend to be banned:

sunset hygro
ambulia
giant salvina
cabomba
water milfoil
Hygrophilia polysperma
