I want to fit a xp1 into a cupboard that is only 10.5" tall
My local fish store dosn't have them so Would some one with this filter please tell me how tall it is . If it dosent fit I might still get one,
I saw the fuval is cheaper although it dosn't have the same out flow 150g/h vs 250g/h but my big als dose have thouse in stalk and they should squeez in the cupboard. Dose anyone know if the fuval is any good at gettin the dusty particles from the water?
thanks alot Jeff

Sorry to be the bringer of bad news but it won't fit.The xp1 has a footprint of 10"x10".However if you take into account the space needed to attach the hoses without kinking then you would need a height of around 13".

In fact the hoses on the xp1 are a real pain to work with. They need to be just right or they will kink.Maybe a better type of tubing might work batter and fit you into that space but I really doubt it will be possible.Good luck though

Security Question
While balancing on a piece of wood, two inches by four inches known as a 2x4, John and his friend Sally both spotted a dalmatian inside of a truck with sirens. The animal with John and Sally is a _ _ _?
