Best fish for planted tank

What are some of the best fishes for planted tank with high light and CO2 and fertilizers?

Smaller the size will be bonus.

I was planning on Neon tetra but heard they don't like high lighting and they also nip plants.

Thanks!

Without getting into costly hard to acquire exotics, pearl danios, purple passion Danios, female bettas and gold tetras are what I would go for.

Post a picture of your current setup or what you'd like to set up.

I could be mistaken but smaller fish(based on my limited experience with fry) are more sensitive to such artificial tank conditions(depending on tank size of course and changing conditions ie water changes, dosing, ppm CO2)

Harlequin rasboras and their cousins would do very well in that setup. They're not the least bit shy, and you could have 20-25 of them in there.

Many species of Tetras would look very good in your tank.
Contrary to what you may think, a nice school of 25-30 Neons would do well - the lighting wouldn't bother them, and I've never known them to nip at plants.
Or you could consider Cardinals, Rummy-Noses, Lemons, Serpaes, Bleeding Hearts, Head & Tail Lites, GlowLites - there are several others that would look good too.
For smaller fish, a school of Ember Tetras would look gorgeous.
And look up Celestial Pearl Danios - a large group of them would look superb in that tank.
Just some thoughts.
