CatoeSc 40B Tank Journey

I'm coming in a bit late as I'm a bit deeper into my journey, but I'm new to this forum.

I got my tank at Petco when they had there $1/ gallon sale. The white rocks came from my wife's grandfather's quarry which gives the decor a very special meaning.

I've got blue hygros, red swords, banana plants, and something else... Forgot what it's called (its the delicate looking one in front of the left rock).

I have many plants on order as well. Right now I have 5 red serpae tetras and 5 Dalmatian Molly's. Much done, but the adventure I far from over 😃.

Any suggestions on plants?Click image for larger version

New pics. Done adding non-plant decor. Petrified wood an rainbow rock for cover and decor and a pretty piece of re slate. A few more plants and some time should have us a beautiful planted aquarium.
