Freshly RE-setup - 55G

This tank was re-setup two weeks ago and original gravel was replaced with Flourite. So far I'm noticing some fuzzy and spot algae. Fertilizer is not in full mode as I'm taking carefull steps on not to overdose. For now this stage is more about proper healthy growth and further down the road proper maintance toward aquascape will take place.

-2x 5000K (Chroma GE)
-2x 9350K (GE Aqua Rays)
-10 hours period

-modified Emperor 400
-Magnum 350; diatomic powder introduced if necessary

:arrow: CO2
-Pressurized tank, Aqualine bubble counter, CO2 reactor (Tom Barr's)

:arrow: Fertilization
Not to full extend but here is the plan:

-KNO3 if necessary (tap has some NO3) -->5-10ppm target
-K2SO4 --> 20ppm target
-Fe if necessary (observing plants)
-TMG --> 30ml weekly
-NaHCO3 --> for proper KH levels

What plant is that there in the center bottom, green, and in a bundle???

Also do you get all your plants online or locally?? All the LFS around me have such a small selection of plants. I feel so deprived! :hehe:

Fender, your LFS's couldn't be nearly as bad as mine. I'm talking a few sprigs of Anachris and a few dying Amazon Swords. That is a gorgeous layout, Dr Jay. I love how straight your Rotala grows. Mine tends to grow bent over. Hmmm

Do you mean to the left of red plant (ammania gracillis). If so then its un-prunned riccia.

I bought most of the plants online. Make sure you asked them for fast delivery and if posible icepack inside.
