where to buy 4dKH drop checker solution

do any of the LFS on Oahu sell 4dKH solution? aquascapes said they don't. ironically they sell the red sea drop checker which comes only with pH regent. not very useful without the 4dKH... idk if the ADA drop checker they carry comes with solution but $50 for a piece of glass is stupid.

so yea. anyone found it locally or just order online? thanks

hmm how many mL does a typical drop checker hold? replace every 2wks or so? just tryna figure how big a bottle to get. gonna be running co2 to at least 2 tanks, possibly 3 with drop checkers in all.

It's easy enough to make your own if you have a digital scale. That batch will last you a long time. I got mine from sumoregulator.com about a year ago. They sell 250ml bottles and I have more than half of it left. I change the reagent in 2 dc probably every month or so.

Which Sumo solution is best for me.......15ppm, 30ppm or 45ppm ?

The 4dkh solution you have is for 30ppm... no need to buy more. Just add brom blue and you're good to go.
