driftwood in ct
who or where is a good place to get some driftwood in ct.. any good lakes or streams? im in the groton area so most fish stores are a ways away from me..

Fin and Feather in Groton has some driftwood... Usualy coated in BBA which makes me wary.. and only small pieces at that.

Maybe some of the beaches up in nearby RI have some nice weathered stuff?
I wouldn't trust any of the wood by me. The sound isn't the cleanest body of water.

Go Fish in Clinton has what I think to be Mopani wood and a pretty good selection of it.
