millennium 3000 filters any good?

are these filters any good? i found somewhere that sells them for what i think is a good price? ($23 and its local so no shipping charges) just wondering if it was worth it i picked one up since my other filter broke and they were cheap

but would they be any good for a planted tank? they seem like good filters to me
