It's all in my FAQ. I have 5 planted tanks going and try and keep the nutrient levels at the levels I recommend in my FAQ.

As for what I dose.

KNO3
Plantex CSM +B
Flourish
Iron

I think Rex is dosing potassium via KNO3.

I dose PO4 via KH2PO4 in solution, Nitrates via KNO3 in solution, Flourish and Flourish iron. I have backed off on my nitrate dosing, so I do add some potassium once a week at water change.

My phosphate levels are fine so I no longer have to dose it. And all my potassium needs come from KNO3.

Basically the same for me. My target levels are 5-10 ppm for Nitrate and 10% of that for Phosphate. I use Plantex-B instead of Flourish but I do add Flourish-iron.
