Breaking down tanks, fish need homes ASAP! **HOME FOUND**

Ok, I would really love to have someone who can offer a good home take my fish so I don't have to take them to a fish store and drop them off into the unknown but if I don't find homes for them soon that's what is going to have to happen.

I've had a few people lined up for various fish and responded to a couple "fish wanted" ads on CL but so far every plan has fallen through.

Please give my fish a good home!

My husband and I are working for the next 35 days in a row with no days off so delivery is unlikely, especially out of town. We are located in Woodburn, OR and are available for fish pick up pretty much anytime.

I am keeping my senior betta Cleatus as long as I can since he is kind of special needs but eventually he'll need a new parent as well.

Once the fish are gone I can move inverts into a smaller tank and break down the big one and sell all plants and equipment off and then do the same with the smaller tank after the inverts are sold off.

Here is a list of what needs to go NOW:
  • 11 Emerald Eye Rasboras
  • 1 Bristlenose Pleco, believe it's a female, app. 3"
  • 4 female bettas, all living together in a 20 long, 2 crowntail, 2 veiltail
  • 1 Bamboo shrimp, it's name is "Creeper" it was rescued from an abusive situation with pea puffers and was missing part of a leg but it's grown back now after a couple molts

Please PM me if you are SERIOUSLY interested and we can work something out. The fish (and Creeper) are free to good homes.

Thanks for looking!

I wish you live somewhere in Portland area and I can rehome these fishes. But hope you can find a good home for them.

Thanks!

I think they are going to be headed to the fish store up the road after I get off work today since I wasn't able to find anyone to take them. Just have to double check and make sure they will take everyone.

Then if I can get the ones our friend wants to her place I can start the big breakdown and sell off cherry shrimp, plants, and equipment.

I'm not sure if I can handle not having anything at all. I might have to try and find a way to do a shrimp bowl or something.

You must be in deep east or west. Its only 1/2 hr from downtown area. I used to drive it all the time

Its worth it in all the money you'd save in fish you just got for fee

I posted an ad on Craigslist as a last ditch to avoid the pet store, someone picked them up tonight.

I hope they went to a good home.

Did they seem like they knew what they were doing? Usually you can tell if they are going to a good home or not if they ask pertinent questions (i.e. water params, etc).
