Attempt #2

EVENT: a simple meetup/swap, and we can also stop in dreamer_yoyo's shop and give her some business

DATE: Sunday, August 25

TIME: 5:00-6:00 PM
I figure an hour is plenty of time for everyone to be able to be there at once, it can always go longer, not like anyone is going to be kicked out.

LOCATION: Northampton, the parking lot across from Aqua View, we'll say under the trees on the east side of the lot (closest to the shop, right across from the bus stop entrance)

WEATHER: a beautiful, sunny day with no rain and just a few clouds

Feel free to post a have/want list if you haven't already.

My only issue with moving it back is that then it comes close to the tfsri auction. I want to contribute to that since its my local club. so what I'll have available to trade is going to be diminished. Unless people want frogbit.

It's not much of an issue, and I might be the only one with it.

We can also schedule a meet later as well, don't see why it couldn't be a regular thing. Our next one could even just be at the September PVAS meeting...
Also, I have a ton of ramshorns available for trade as well, and would be interested in other types of snails...

Is this actually going on? We've got three yes' and a maybe (but probably no.)

It's okay if this doesn't happen this weekend. Tattooed, if you want to meet up locally this weekend if the swap doesn't happen I think that could happen.

I should also add microworm culture, vinegar eel culture, and RCS to my available for trade list.

LoL I guess not... I mean, 0live if you wanna drive all the way out here to trade with me and check out Yoyo's shop I'd be all for it. I know it's a long way and I don't have plants you're looking for, so I imagine you wouldn't, but I would gladly trade any of mine for any of yours...

How about some suggestions as to when a second attempt should be? Like I said earlier, meeting up at the next PVAS meet seems like a plan to me, but I understand you will be going to auction the weekend after 0live, I just hoped there would be more interest with all the locals :-/

I am from Western MA, but will be in Nantucket next week and could bring you some plants! That would be pretty fun. We arrive the 17th.

Also, if this does happen Sunday I could probably make it. I have a pretty good stock of stuff.

I live in Downtown Northampton. Does Yoyo know we're meeting in her shop? I am not sure she'd be too happy about it since she sells plants and we're there to trade them!

It wouldn't actually be in her shop but the parking lot across from her. But I was just in her shop Tuesday and told her about this meet, she seemed happy to have the prospective business lol.

As far as if this is happening, I will be there either way...

Where is Uncle Ned's?
