That does not contain any phosphates which is an essential macronutrient. Im sure its possible to grow HC with the micro/macro mix but you would be way better off going with a better all around kit with separate macros(kno3, kh2po4, and k2so4). Its also only going to be a few dollars more.
I agree; rather than getting an all in one mix, you are better off getting each chemical separately and dosing. It may seem a little more expensive and more of a hassle, but it will allow for full customization of your dosing.
In addition, as nilocg mentioned, the pre-mix does not contain any phosphates, which will be required.
