Marsilea quadrifolia clover?

I got some Marsilea quadrifolia just because I never have seen it before in real life. So it was a impulse buy.

How much will this plant change? How will it grow submerged with good light and co2? It's kind of an experiment plant for me.

Any info or photos of it.

its a great carpet plant. The emergent growth is 4 leaves, the submerged growth is thick single lobes much like glosso. One of my favorite carpet plants.

it's probably the best carpet for low tech. it grows with up and out (runners) in a tangle of shoots and roots. i've had it in my tank now for 2 months and new growth has kept the clover shape.
