55 Gallon Lighting....Want to do DIY

Hey everyone....

Wow theres just so much on these forums!

I currently have a 55 gallon tank that I am looking to move up to a medium-low end high light tank....

I am looking to do a bit of a DIY kind of set up and am looking for ideas, there was a thread on here with a LED setup with Audrino that wasn't too bad but I can't seem to find it....

Can anyone point me in the right direction to the thread, I've been looking all night

More details from the post:

• It was LED
• It was audrino controlled
• it was all set up to do complete cycles including moonlight
• I think it was something around $200 to build or something

!!!!! Thanks!!!! I was trying to go page by page by page and was going insane! I read this a few weeks back and forgot to bookmark it and have been thinking it would make an awesome weekend project for myself with my new tank that I am putting together this fall and for my office/computer room tank!!!!!

I've got a good base to start looking at parts online to start ordering!

or you could get a shop light from walmart for 10$ plus 14$ for the bulbs

it takes two 32W T8 bulbs, thats 64W of lighting and its 4ft long, perfect length for a 55 gal
