I just bought a co2 system from California base aquatek. Got it from amazon. It a paint ball co2 and have been running it for about two weeks. It works pretty well for me and I'm happy.
The 2 listed above reduce output pressure which allow use of a solenoid. These will save you CO2 in the long run. You may also find you will be spending about the same for a standard single stage CGA320 and buying a paintball tank adapter. I bought a cheapo paintball regulator to keep as a backup in case my reg breaks or I run out of CO2 and can't refill in time. It really depends on how much space you have for all the equipment.
