Is My Photoperiod OK?

I've got a 25g (20" high) and a finnex ray 2. My photoperiod is 9 hours per day, and I'm not seeing any algae issues. Ive seen a lot of people use 10-12 hours per day photo period. Should I switch? I dose liquid ferts using pps-pro

Edit: I also have DIY CO2

It depends what you are looking for. Yours is working good, so its fine. If you start want more red it usually takes a longer photoperiod with PPS.
