what topsoil to use


I am wondering what soil to use to make MTS. i have the other stuff to make it just not the actual soil. what should i use?
1. plain dirt
2. Scotts Premium Topsoil - http://www.walmart.com/ip/Scotts-Pre...psoil/16904039 it has peat in it tho.
3. Country Soil Topsoil - http://www.ruralking.com/top-soil-npl-40.html
4. Garden Pro topsoil - http://www.lowes.com/pd_210540-79138...7C1&facetInfo=
5. Greensmix Topsoi - http://www.lowes.com/pd_210540-82589...7C1&facetInfo=

which would be best?

I've used dirt from my yard (Toxic Ten) I've owned my home for 27 years and never use any commercial frets or any type of weed killers. I garden organically.

Most of the time I use the $1.17 40# bag of Top Soil from HomeDepot. Unless it's on sale for .97 Between friends I've made it for and my own tanks I've done 15_ tanks using HD top soil.
