Need advice on moss placements (pics), please

Here is my tank....I have a 2x2 patch of Fissidens and a golf ball size of Flame moss being delivered today, thanks to Rodcuda. I can attach to driftwood with fishing line if advised or place on the substrate. Just not sure where to place it as I am a NOOOoooob and not familiar with their growth.
