Culture suggestions for Bucephalandra - help!

Asking for suggestions on successful methods to grow and reproduce Bucephalanda plants both emersed and submersed. Want to know substrate water conditions, temp., lighting, fertilizing and anything you feel is essential for success.
Thanks in advance,
Bill

They grow very easily. I have them potted in kitty litter and aquasoil submerged and they're growing much faster than when I had them emersed. They get uprooted easily by fish so I anchor them down with my wive's bobby pins. The pins will rust after a few months but they can be removed by then since the plants will have a more developed root system.

You can also tie them to rocks and wood submerged like anubias but it appear that I have faster growth rate planting them into a substrate, burying the roots only.

What is a good temperature range and what about light requirements?

Mine do fine in the 75-85 degree range. They can be grown in very low light (shaded beneath other plants) or very high light (but are susceptible to bba). Different varieties have characteristics that come out best under certain lighting conditions.
