Algae Grower

Higher gph filter for 35 gallon, help me decide!
I have a 35 gallon tank currently running an Eheim 2213 (see link in sig for specs and stocking). I don't plan to stock it much more, I will just be adding a school of 6-9 Gasteropelecus Levis hatchets down the road. The 2213 is only giving me 3x's but I'd like to get up to the oft recommended 5-10x's gph for planted tanks to increase the flow and prevent algae problems. I would like to stay under $300 for this, so the options I'm looking at are...
- Eheim 2217 (7.5x) - Eheim Pro 3 UltraG90-2073 (7.8x) - Fluval 306 (8.6x) - Eheim Pro 3 UltraG160-2075 (9.4x) - Fluval 406 (10.9x) I'd love to hear any thoughts you may have on these options or any others I should consider. I'm more concerned with durability and consistent gph than anything else.
