Need advice choosing fish

I am looking for fish similar in size to a black skirt tetra. I have mainly small fish in my tank, like neon green tetras, in large groups. I wanted something somewhat larger to contrast the schools of small fish. I was looking at the black skirts tetras, but I have heard they can be aggressive. I need something uber peaceful, but large enough to stand out. Thanks.

Diamond or lemon tetras might be a good option.

I like both choices. Thanks for the input. I need to read up on both of them.

I wonder how each would do with amano shrimp? The shrimp are large, so I suspect they'll be ok.

Both should be fine with amanos i would think

If you like black skirts, then you should look at black phantom tetras, they look similar and the ones I have arent aggressive. From what I read they stay pretty tame

Lemons, Serpae (in a larger group or they can be nippy) black phantoms, HY-511 tetra (aka White fin Ornatus) Diamonds are some of my favorites but they get large (males about 3").

All of them get fair size and are very easy going.
